A very welcome spot to charge up when I was changing at Tesla Superchargers nearby. The ice tea was off but the 4 oz glass of Stout was the right size, taste and price. I recommend stopping here.
Engrained Brewing Company is a great little brewery with an awesome atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive( there was a miscommunication between staff on who was supposed to serve me, so there was a service delay in the beginning but they more than took care of it). I got a "Shandberry" beer which complemented the warm weather of the outdoor patio quite nicely. The beer batter cheese curds where amazing( best I have ever had), and the chocolate cake is something I will be revisiting very soon. Overall great place to eat and grab a drink with family and friends.
Right up front, I have to say - I'm not a guy who likes brewery (or even beer) - but this place is great. I picked this place, sight unseen, off the internet to host a pre-bachelor party meal for 10 of my friends. I called about a week ahead (super planner that I am) and asked for a reservation on a Friday night - they said no problem. I told them I didn't know how many people would show - they said no problem. I asked if I could call back later and let them know as I got closer - again, no problem. I called back Thursday and gave them a heads up. Showed up Friday night to find the table ready and a server ready to take drink orders immediately. Good start so far. I didn't know what to order for a drink or food - so I asked the server. Now this is where the gambling starts - because not every server in a restaurant is going to point you in the right direction. But this guy knew everything. He started by asking what I liked and then told me exactly what to eat. He was so on top of things I flat out told him to "surprise me" on a drink. He brought me a paddle of beers to try and a horseshoe. Not a fan of beer, liked every single one of them. From the moment he sat down the plate it was clear that everything here was made to order, and not a bit of it was frozen and reheated. Best horseshoe I've ever had (and if you've never read any of my other reviews... let's just say I'm a fan of horseshoes). Everything was easy, not a glass on the table ever got close to being empty. And again - this is a 7pm on a Friday night - the place was packed. I'd give the place 10 stars if I could.
Wow was this a good tenderloin, not pounded super thin, a buttermilk style batter dredged in Panko crumbs. Served with fair style fresh cut fries. Flipping delicious! Craft beer samples. Nice place to enjoy a meal.
I've only been there once and plan on being back. Food and service was really good. Went on a tour and can't wait to try the beer on our next visit.
