I actually cancelled my last appointment because my cut looked nothing like the photo I provided and the bangs were cut so short that I was upset until they grew back.
As a potential new client who made VERY SURE during the initial call the level of stylist I wanted...why would they assign a level 1 to cut my hair? (based on the price she was level 1 per their website)
I'm new to the area and have been looking for a a new stylist. The reviews were good for the most part so I called yesterday to make an appointment.
I left today disappointed that the client's voice was not heard right from the initial call.
Beautiful salon, girls are very professional and sweet. The prime cost I feel I have paid for cut/color of short hair, ($80-$100) it does not match the end result. I have been there 3 times with 2 diff stylists. I am not a fanatic about my hair being perfect. The haircuts are just OK based on the pictures I have provided. I am Very disappointed with the color, it has not held at all even when using the recommended products, that I also purchased there. I don't like to give negative reviews but I dont remember disliking my hair as much as I have the past few months. I am sorry to the stylists for publishing this, they are both very kind and sweet people.
During my initial call I explained that I am new, that I have short, very straight, baby fine hair. I explained my nervousness about finding someone new who is very experienced with working with my hair type. It has its challenges. I requested a level 3 or 4 stylist who is more experienced with fine hair. This was indicated by me more than once.
Imagine my surprise, and disappointment, when the stylist who was cutting my hair today announced she had to have a more experienced stylist come check her work and offer any suggestions! What???
The rating was adjusted after management worked with me and had one of the company's best professional cut my hair to my satisfaction. Thank you Lacey for giving me a great cut!
I've never had a bad experience here. I've been to at least four different girls there for various services and it was fantastic every time!! You can't go wrong with who you choose. They are continuously educated on new trends and techniques and it shows. I love that they really take their time and after a color/highlight instead and instead of just blow drying your hair or running a flat iron over once dry they will give you whatever style you want (loose curls, beach waves) to perfection! Best salon around.
Not a good impression for a possible new client who gets her short hair cut every 4-6 weeks.
Hannah Case was the best! She did such an amazing job on my hair! I would recommend going to see her not only for cut and color, but also if you have a daughter going to prom or homecoming! She is awesome!
The owner, Heidi, came over and proceeded to spend an additional 10 minutes cutting and texturizing my hair with a razor.
To be fair, the young lady who was cutting my hair was professional, attentive and very nice. Unfortunately, she was not what I requested or expected.
