First off, the attendant was great!
We opted for the soft touch (with rotating brushes/wraps) which did a decent job but you do not get an air dry in the tunnel, you have to exit and pay another Dollar for the "air dry" which consists of 4 little blowers that are not up to the task.
The wash itself was very good. However, we swiped our credit card for the $6 wash and not only did we not get a receipt but our credit card has been charged $10 instead of $6. I have tried calling several times with no answer. Not very happy about the transaction part of our experience.
The external air dryers/blowers (which we paid a dollar for 60 seconds) just move the water beads around not really "drying" much of anything. The blowers don't move around your vehicle, you have to drive slowly under them which is very inconsistent as you cannot see what is happening outside your vehicle.
This place will not be on our "return again" list.
The water works. That's a plus. It was only cold water and it cost twice as much to wash my car to the same degree as the self serve car wash a mile away. Will not be back anytime soon.
The rest of our experience was awkward and disheartening.
Car is clean, costs are comparable, I haven't figured out the app completely yet, but, I am working on it... I keep[ going there, so must be good!
While inside the tunnel, when the process was finished we just sat there wondering what to do next as there was no prompt or signal asking us to exit so when the door opened and we weren't sure what to do next, the door closed us in the tunnel and the attendant had to push the emergency button so we could exit.
Very clean very friendly excellent place to clean your car
We have not tried the brushless bay so I cannot comment on the quality but I did notice that you don't get an air dry in that tunnel either.
