So went to your springfield il store just now. Door was open, never been in your store and the greeting i get is hi, are you just browsing or are you going to buy because we are going to close. I look around and there are people shopping so i say, okay im just looking to see if i like anything, but ill be in and out. I go to see the candles and someone else comes in and says do you beed help because i want to close the store, again people still shopping. So unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. First time going in the store, last time as well.
