A wonderful experience!!! The staff was very kid friendly, and Dr. Maurer was very patient with my kiddo. She shared her knowledge and I was very happy with the experience overall.
Dr. Maurer and her staff are wonderful. We referred to her because of a cavity as our daughter has a cleft lip and palate. We had a great home dentist but because of the level of care and attention of Dr. Maurer and her staff, we quickly switched all of our daughters dental procedures to her office. Dr Maurer has called personally to check on her daughter when she had an issue. This is 2017- I don't know a lot of doctors that do that anymore.
Dr. Maurer has been the dentist of our two boys since they started going to the dentist. She is great. Her staff is top notch. They are informative, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
My wife and I went to Dr. Maurer upon the recommendation of our local dentist. My wife needed extensive work to arrest rampant decay resulting from neglect after she suffered a stroke. Dr. Maurer performed an assessment and presented us with a plan of care with an projected cost of $12K. Subsequently we decided to see another dentist for a second opinion and, due to car trouble, were unable to keep an appointment with Dr. Maurer. When we cancelled we were informed that Dr. Maurer was no longer willing to treat my wife, as she was apparently unhappy that we were seeing another dentist. We found this development to be bizarre, to say the least. Since when is it considered beyond the pale to seek a second opinion? Her action was thoroughly petty and unprofessional.
Great staff and very professional doctor. My kids love going to see her.
