I love this Khols. My only issue with any Khols though is they will only price match an ad. They won't match their own online prices and they won't price match an online ad with someone else. Had to be an "ad".
They took care of my returns even though it was over a year ago . Still had tags on and everything. Gave me 9.99 what I paid for them I think . Gave me it back in store credit. Spend that money and more in there store. My hat goes off to them. GREAT JOB

How can I NOT like this store? It has everything and there is always a sale to grab my attention and steal my cash :/ But really, they're great, polite service, variety of items and choices. Plus they're open all the time. The shoe selection could be better and more organized, but I also can't fault them- it's Holiday season and they have a ton of options online they will ship to the store for you.
Mad house
My sister and I usually love Kohl's but we had multiple occurrences of poor service in the past week and little was done to correct the situation for us. The most irritating problem was our online in-store pick up experience. We ordered a pair of shoes online to pick up in store. I picked up the shoes for my sister. I checked the box and the correct size was on the outside of the box. I didn't even think to check inside the box. Both shoes inside the box were the wrong size. When my sister went to try to get the correct shoes, she was told to go look for the correct shoes herself in the shoe department - they didn't have any of the correct size shoes in store so when my sister went back to the customer service desk to tell them that she was then told to go home and reorder the correct shoes and then bring both pairs back to return. No offer to waive the shipping or reimburse for the shipping. Very poor handling of the situation. I have worked in retail and know that when something like that happens, the store should offer to correct the issue. I had to contact online customer support. They offered to have the shoes sent with 2 day priority shipping and low and behold, they did not honor that. Yes, I was reimbursed for the shipping cost but the shoes were not shipped on time and therefore I did not get them in 2 days. I needed them by a specific date and Kohl's failed to fix the situation. I contacted them about the shoes not arriving on time and have not received a response. I have cancelled my Kohl's charge and do not plan to shop there again,
