Unprofessional and disrespectful. Doctors should continually educate themselves and their patients. He will do neither.
Nearly everyone I encountered at Springfield Clinic for my original appointment and my lumbar epidural steroid injection procedure were wonderful! The person whom you check in with before the procedure was so pleasant to talk with and everyone in the procedure room was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and professional. For the procedure followup I received two phone calls to check on me and then a third one from Dr. Narla himself one evening at 6:00 p.m. I think it's wonderful he took the time to call and check on me personally. I'm 100% pleased with the Springfield Clinic group who is working with me!
