UPDATE, I got a call today and the guy Tom could not of been more rude to me. I was ignored because of no one answering the door and he would not listen to anything I would say. I didn't even get a chance to say I was sorry about the "no show" before he started in with basically "I'm done with you, you get one chance and that is it" "I wasted 45min because of that" (Which is NOT true because it is a 10 min drive). and then ended it with "I will come back out but I will charge you double" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT USE I called on Monday to set up an appointment for a easy re-hookup of existing wires ( I know nothing of electricity or I would just do it myself) should be a 15 min job. I talked to Tom and he said no problem and set up an appointment for Wednesday at one. Supposedly he came by and no one answered the door. My roommate was home but stupidly was in the basement around this time so he might not of heard it. NEVER got a call from the guy so I called them back up to find out what was going on after a text to my roommate said he never showed. That is when I found out he had stopped by but said no one answered. I tried to have him call me to see if he could be there after I got off work but never got a call, not a big deal. I call the next day and they said someone would call me, NO CALL. Next day call again same thing someone will call you and NO CALL. Waited until Thursday of next week to call back and find out what the deal was. The call center lady I talked to seemed like she could care less and got the same thing "someone will call you" NEVER GOT A CALL!!!!
**Almost 2 stars because before I got the cold shoulder they were pleasant and affordable. Affordability does not matter when they won't even talk to you.
I am pretty peeved off at these people I would NOT recommend them. Maybe they are just really mad about the no one answering the door thing and just do not want to deal with me, I was always pleasant on the phone. But if that is how they will treat people they can just not get my business.
