Went here at about 6pm to buy some ingredients for one last thanksgiving. Was glad to find everything I needed and employees actively seeked us out to help us find whatever we were looking for. The prices seem lower than walmart and with the added bonus of their coupon and the Meijer app makes it a better place to shop in my opinion.
Nice selection of merchandise. Good choices for groceries with good sale items offered. Their M-Perks program has some good pricing.
Grocery side is great with a wonderful produce section. Their sushi is made fresh daily and delicious. Only down side I've noticed is how expensive the medicines are there compared to other similar places.
Meijer has really good produce and I'm always happy with the meat (I buy most of my meat at a butcher but find Meijer's to be good too). My only complaint is that it tends to be understaffed and if you don't do self checkout the waits can get kind of long. Self checkout lines can be long too during busy times (and I hate self checkout).
Great selection of product. I could hope for a wider selection of German and Mexican staples. But the fresh produce here is worth the drive
