Depending on your nail tech. I have had really great work done and not so good
Nausiating customer service. 2 techs were very polite with great communication, and at least 6 techs were absolutely appauling when I expressed dissatisfaction with the paint and filing. Very minor issues blown completely out of proportion by a majority of staff. I loved the entire pedi thoroughly and I expressed that fact first. I also told them I do not want a discount... Just expressing dissatisfaction with the paint and filing ONLY. I was so frustrated as to cancel the mani altogether. The manager deducted $5, making the gel- pedi $38. This was nice as TWO of the staff followed me out to invite me back ANOTHER DAY for touch up. Then a third staff member followed me as well to say, "LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!" he was stopped and reprimanded to go back into the salon and did so. I just wanted a quiet relaxing mani- pedi. I left with a broken spirit. 2 great staff members could not attone for the others' abusive behavior.Communication was a huge barrior. I humbly appreciate ANYONE doing such an amazing service for a living. I was referred by a close friend when I complimented her pedicure. Dazzling nails had poor communication; so I came to Soak where the customer service was humiliating to say the least. They were however very busy this Saturday a.m.
They always do a really great job on my nails, and never have to wait long even when it's packed!
Soak is great for fast mani/pedi, have never had any issues. Always happy with the outcome.
Did not wait long to get a chair for pedicure. They did a very nice job and the manager checked in with us a couple times to see how we were doing. The place looks nice and clean. People were professional and nice.
