Great customer service!
My grandmother needed the bathroom key terribly and asked the woman at the counter if she could have it. The woman said she had it, but did not give it to her. After a couple minutes I asked if she could give my grandma the key. She said she heard my grandmother ask for it. SHE STILL DID NOT GIVE HER THE KEY. My grandmother had to tell her it was an emergency in order to get the woman to drop what she was doing and finally hand over the bathroom key.
Love this store. Sometimes I find great items other times I leave empty handed but going is still fun. You never know what they’ll have.
