After 9 months of being separated from my family due to a new job in Springfield Illinois our home in Wichita KS finally sold, or so we thought. We had a lot of faith in our Wichita agent and the buyer was a realtor so what could go wrong, right? Well plenty - as the moving truck pulled away with all of our household goods and started heading to Springfield we found out our buyers could not close on the loan.Meanwhile in Springfield we were working with Melissa Dowson Vorreyer and her incredible team.
