I went back on Sunday around 1:30 to pick them up and pay for them. A lady said that they are not aloud to hold any for anyone. If I did have something, then it got put back on the floor. I asked if she could please look and I was told no, because they are not aloud to hold anything. I was not happy at all. I would have paid the $3.50 per pajamas on Friday if I would have known they couldn't hold anything for anyone. I feel that the employees need to know the policy better than they do and to treat the customer's better also. Every time I go in, I feel as though no one really wants to check anyone out.
4 stars because everything is organized and clothes are in great shape. Pretty huge selection also. The past few times I've been the cashiers seemed like I'm bothering them by checking out.
Great store. Second hand and new. They are fair with their trade in value.
On Friday I went in to buy pajamas for my grandkids. I was told that they are having a sale that starts tomorrow where you buy 8 pajamas for $10.00. I said yes, but I'm going to be out of town tomorrow so I can't do that. I was told the sale was also Sunday. I asked if they could hold these and she said yes. She took my name, number and also wrote on there that I will pick up on Sunday. I was told they closed at 5:00pm.
Decent clothes for very little. Your kids are going to outgrow things so you might as well save some money.
Love this store. They have good kids clothes, shoes, toys and equipment. There pieces are good. They have good quality stuff, gentle used.
