This company should be shut down. Their drivers constantly speed and drive erratically. When you call to report it, no one ever answers the phone. This is why UBER/Lyft will always be your best option.
This cab company is very rude and disreptful from the dispatchers to the drivers and then the driver going to tell me to get out his cab if I did not have the money talking about he can refuse service to anyone and i told him I said well I have someone paying my cab so how do I have to get out the driver got in my face and everything telling me to go to call the office and I did don’t ever mess with this cab company this well be my first and last time
Worse service ive ever had. Called for 45 mins. No apology for my wait or for the inconvenience. Dipatcher sounded on the verge of suicide. Never spending another dollar with this company.
Rude driver! Talked about he hated his job and tried to make the paying clientele feel like they were an inconvenience. Lol this is why Uber is destroying their business. You will be gone soon as a cab company Lincoln Cab!!
If there was ever a reason to download Uber, they are it. I wish I could give 0 stars. They will have you waiting hours for a cab that is never coming. When you call back, they lie and say it's on it's way. Use at your own risk
