Very disappointed in how I was given incorrect information on documentation I was to bring in. I arrived in the office and the rep who I spoke to on the phone ( and I had asked her about a certain document was I to bring it and was told no twice). When another rep waited on me and apologized that I had been told the wrong information, neither the other rep nor the Manager bothered to apologize to me. I was very annoyed at their lack of professionalism and courtesy. I won't be petty and post their names but they know who they are. I wouldn't recommend this place cause they clearly aren't very customer friendly
