Worst and slowest bank I ever been too!! The bank tellers are so rude!! N that guy named Tyler also is rude and wasn't doing his job right! He charged me 50 dollars fees when he said he won't charge me!!

Lousy. Closed the drive through to promote online banking. Increases their profits and reduces customer service. I'm looking for a new bank.
Bad customer service. I came twice in the same day (at 12 and 5) just to open a new account. Both time there was nobody to help me
went in to create a new checking account was asked to wait ten minutes 25min later was informed it was taking longer than expected with the one guy that could do it while another guy continued to serve other customers. another 20min later i got up to leave and the guy that had been helping others the whole time i was sitting there says dont leave i can get it started for you right now. all i could think is if you could have done that why have i been sitting here for almost a hour while u helped other people coming in after me, thanks for letting me know what my business means to you will be moving on to another bank that wants business
