Was told a customer service rep was present, but not seeing people, so I'd have to wait for the other one. I can handle that. What i can't handle is waiting 50 minutes before giving up any hope of getting help. Decided not to open an account after all.
Never had an issue with them the customer service is awesome and they are very helpful.
