This is the second time I have bought coffee and both times the order was incorrect. Today I complained that I didn't get the mocha I paid for (after being ignored by the clerk while he wrote notes of some sort) they assured me I did...ludicrous because I watched the server make an ice coffee with no room for cream and no chocolate of any kind. I was insulted by their incompetence and their certainty that the customer is wrong. In a few minutes they realized their mistake and chased me down in the mall and insisted they remake my beverage. I said no and finally had to tell him to go away...he was insistent but not hearing me...hmm is there a theme here. This is a poor excuse for a coffe shop and incidentally crappy coffee...
