Very rude and unhelpful staff. Even the doctor and nurses were rude. We moved from out of state and transferring paperwork was too difficult for them. We spent over $1,000 on glasses but had so many issues we came back 3 times. Plus the plastic coating started to come off on my husbands after less than a year. Waste of money! I used to love the one on North Grand so I may try them but I will never go to the one on the west side again!
I swear this is the worst place on earth to get your glasses or eyes checked. The staff may be rather polite most of the time but they don't know how to even simply adjust a pair of glasses without breaking the frame in half or severely scratching up the lenses multiple times, among other things that I don't even want to go into detail about.
One of the lady's at the desk was rude at first. Dr.Hills is a great doctor I highly recommend him! All the staff are helpful and honest, will definitely return.
