I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I placed a delivery order on Thursday night for Saturday so that I could get my mother flowers for Mother's Day since I am in another state. They decided to not contact me at all on Friday with any problems in my order and then proceeded to not deliver on Saturday. They called a single time on Saturday and did not leave a voicemail or send an email after I was unable to pick up. Absolutely pathetic and god awful customer service. I still have 0 idea why they just decided not to deliver to a clearly written address.
I called and asked for a very special arrangement for my daughters 24th Birthday! The arrangement was simply gorgeous! My daughter said that there enough words to describe how beautiful they were! So so pleased! Thank You Thank You Thank you!
