I had a great experience with Allied when they replaced a water heater, furnace maintenance, and some plumbing work. I would recommend Allied to everyone that I know.
I had prepaid service for the air conditioning. They were due to come out on Friday for the A/C service. The weekend before the A/C drain overflowed. They came out on Monday to clear the drain. I told them they could do the service they were going to do on Friday but they declined to do that. They presented me with a bill for the Monday service. After they finished the Friday service I got the Monday bill again. When I complained to a manager there he said he agreed with me and I did not have to pay the bill for the Monday service.
Shady, you may call with an emergency but before you can do anything you have to listen to a 1minute infomercial, receptionist cleverly picks the phone back up when the infomercial completes to tell you no-one is available but they do have rush pricing.
Great people to work with! I would highly recommend!
They installed a humidifier on a unit that another company said could not be done. They adjusted the price down when it went quicker than they thought it would.
