Wanted a 720sf addition added to my home. Their bid was almost twice what everyone else's was. Everything was marked up and then at the bottom of their bid was another mark-up. they bid over $80k for 720sf and you could build a whole 2 bedroom home for $80. It also took them over a month to get the estimate to me and there was no communication back and forth. Except for me asking where the estimate was. Look around first before choosing these people.
