It would be an excelent store if managed properly. Waited in parts 20min just to have someone walk in and right up to the counter in front of me. They need a sysem.
What a nightmare. The lawn mowing service department cpst me my snapper rider. I had them service it, got it back and used it once and almost finished yard the 2nd time when it shut down and locked up. Come to find out, altho i paid for the oil change, my mower did not have enough oil in it and the engine blew a rod (however that os said). The service guy told me "well, mamm, dont u check your oil before u mow?" I said, "i paid u to change the oil and i mistakely trusted u." Then he told me i was mowing on a slope and it caused the oil to go to one side. I have used this mower for 11 years on the same yard without issue. And i do not mow along the slope, i was turning to go back up the hill. Then he said i had an oil leak. If true, i would see oil in places lile the garage floor, where the mower is kept.

Then he said it would cost $975 for them to repair it. W T H !!! Needless to say, i was taken advantage of, they didnt change the oil and somehow its my fault they didnt do their job. Im 60 years old and i now have to push mow 3/4 acre because i cannot afford to fix or replace my snapper rider.
Frustrated with the mower repair shop. Called ahead to locate a place to repair my mower and was told 7-10 days wait list. So, I borrow a trailer and take it in within the hour to drop off ... but when arrive, I am told it would be 3-4 weeks and should've not have been told 7-10 days. Called after a 2 1/2 weeks to get a status but they don't even want to look it up to see where it is on the list...Now saying that I should've been told "It'll be at least 4 weeks from the date dropped off." Frustrated with Big R. Why were they not honest up front? I should've gone elsewhere. Still waiting...
