If you're in need of medical treatment, and you'd be more comfortable knowing that the staff is concerned for your well-being, I would NOT recommend this place... I will be making phone calls first thing in the morning tomorrow, and then I will never be back unless it's my absolute last resort.
GOOD DOCTORS ! AND STAFF ! YOU WILL WAIT AT TIMES BUT ITS A CLINIC ONLY DRAW BACK I SEEN WAS THE WAIT
Well I love the doctor's and nurses. The only problem I have is the receptionist they laugh and play while sick ppl are trying to make appointments with them.
Not a very long wait
Now here I am sobbing in pain again because said prescriptions did NOT get sent. I had a friend go to the pharmacy to pick them up, to no avail, and because it's "after regular business hours", I'm unable to get any assistance with this issue that was clearly of very little importance to the staff. The only reason I came here instead of prompt care is because I'm a 26-year-old who is in limbo between my parents' plan and Obamacare. I'm uninsured until further notice, so I figured this would be a good way to keep it under budget, especially considering the fact that I'll be missing several work hours this week.
I was really grateful to get my children in the same day I called to register and set up an appointment. We are in between insurance right now and I figured this would be the least expensive option for us. I may as well have gone to the ER or my primary pediatrician for the charges I received.
Front Office Staff was pleasant but failed to mention that due to their sliding scale for payments I would be paying $200 PER CHILD! They said I was 100% responsible for payments and then charged me $85 per child and said NOTHING more was due. This was true that nothing more was due THAT DAY but they didn't tell me I'd still be getting a huge bill days later.
Nurse was great, but the Doctor was terrible, rude and didn't speak English well enough to understand anything I tried to tell her. I had to mime symptoms and point to where my daughter was having pain. Then the Doctor tried to tell me my 50lb 7 year old was fat. I had just taken my 7 year old for a check up with her primary physician a month ago and he said she was perfectly fine.
I came in once and was registered promptly. Came back a couple hours later for my appointment and was made to wait an hour. I was sobbing from pain in the office, and the nurse practitioner told me she would send my prescriptions.
I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give a -5 star rating.
On my way out, I stopped at the desk to ask for my doctor's note. Despite the fact that there were FIVE employees behind the desk, I had to wait a few minutes after having made eye contact with most of them, though they were apparently busy discussing more important matters, like what color printer paper they wanted to use for their newest flier. Finally, one offered her help and I got my doctor's note. She tried to walk away, but I grabbed her attention asking if they had sent my prescriptions to the designated pharmacy. The answer she gave me was "She hasn't yet, but she will".
