Great place for insurance
Monthly payment is always fluctuating and there is never a reason behind any of it i am strongly considering switching agents do not recommend this office at all. Ive had it this is the last straw you cant keep raising my monthly payment without any notice witj someone on a fix budget its really hard to keep things in order when my payment goes up 20 dollars a month.
I do not recommend this office at all. I called them to update my credit card number and they failed to notify me that it did not go through. I never received any email ( pointless for them to ask for your email ) . They failed to notify me over regular mail although their computer system says they mail me ( computers never make errors right? ) . She did not want to work with me to arrange a payment plan either. I was trying to continue business with them but they failed to live up to their own expectations.
