make sure you get a ticket with each item you take in. don't ask to have something added to a previous ticket. items get lost this way
Went in for watch battery. They installed the battery for me and removed a link for better fit and only charged me for the battery. Didnt jack up the battery cost to make up for free labor either. This kind of service is pretty rare these days !
