Great neighborhood place which makes you feel like a part of the community. They had free wifi that did work and great staff. I had no problems with any machine.
The cleanest laundry mat, all machines are always working, has a Live Person to help at all times & is family friendly!
I am waiting for my king size comforter to dry at Lucky Lady Laundry. The premises is clean, the owner has been very kind and helpful, and it's not going to cost nearly as much as I thought it would for this oversized bedding. Whenever I have the need for a laundromat in Springdield, this is where I'll come.
People who run the place have no idea how to talk to people. Not to mention, everytime I go in there and the attendant is working he stares me down like I'm some foreign creature
Driving on I55 it’s right off the highway!
I enjoy my pit stops mid-way through Illinois showing my Children the Capitol City, feeding them & washing anything dirty!
You can drop your laundry off the attendant on duty will do it for you with a time to pick it up!
