Good location. Really friendly staff. (But not too friendly.) Chip activated room keys. Walk in shower. Really comfortable office chair. Really comfortable bed. Good price.
Excellent place. Continental breakfast was the best I have ever eaten in a hotel or buffet. The eggs were delicious very flavorful and no tint of green. Had a great breakfast selection. Coffee was delucious, rooms clean, comfortable and staff was courtious.
The Comfort Suites in Springfield, IL. was pretty sweet. The hotel offers a great and comprehensive complimentary breakfast in a beautiful dining area The hotel also offers a business center, if needed. The indoor pool was nice touch. I did not take advantage of the workout room. I may have over slept. But I did see it and saw that it offered options.
Most importantly, the staff was terrific, regardless of who or what time it was (many of our clients have odd hours). Helpful, professional and caring were the words were heard.
Our client didn't have time for the pool, but commented on how the fitness center didn't just have cardio machines, but also some options to do some light weight work as well.
The complimentary breakfast also received a great review, with numerous options and well stocked throughout the morning. With as busy as hotel breakfast areas get, it was still kept incredibly clean (tough to do with all that traffic).

The room is quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. there's free parking, and a free breakfast in the morning that's a great way to get back on the highway after check out. The rooms themselves are clean and well designed. There is nothing typical about them. They have a look and feel to them that is very unique. Very warm and inviting. Just like the staff. The people were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The Comfort Suites is the place to in Springfield, IL.
