Usually make fantastic pizza that actually tastes good and doesn't look like slop. Can lose or delay orders sometimes, but the people who work there are usually stellar and polite.
The food was as expected. My delivery service was the worst I have ever had from this store. I have ordered pizza multiple times from this store and have had minimal problems. Today, Dakota, my driver was unable to get my order delivered correctly. It started when he brought my food to the wrong entrance of my place of work. My food order was correct but he was missing my soda and sauces. He went back to the store and picked up my drink but he brought the wrong sauce with him. He also never remembered to give me the red pepper flakes that I had ordered. I would give the food a 4/5 stars but the delivery 1/5 stars
Never had a bad meal from them, I always order late after work. Most places when you order late don't care about quality n just want to go home, but the employees here take pride in their food and every meal I've ever ordered has been top quality that I've ever received. Kudos to you dominos, and thank you for keeping me fed after work!
Love this place I pick up and get it delivered.....last long it was here in less than 15 min ....thin crust is the way I go ..kids love it and it's cheap and way better than little Cesar's hands down
I order 2 or 3 times every week from Dominos and tonight when I ordered a fettuccini alfredo pasta. They bring me a bread bowl instead. This happens every time I order the fettuccini. I order the pizza or wings it's good every time. That's y I like dominos. But any ways. I called back upset about waiting an hour for my food and it's not even what I order. the manager didn't care the bread bowl is close enough to the past bowl to him so he wasn't sending out his driver to fix my order. Well that's not what I paid for... It's not right and he hung up on me very rude manager at Dominos pizza.address 409 north grand ave east springfield il.
