I tried to call the phone number posted and after a brief hold I finally got a rude woman who was very unhelpful. I was trying to place an order for something that is on the menu but was not online to be ordered from.
Terrible service! I don't know how this place is still in business. If my order isn't completely screwed up, it takes 2hrs to receive cold food. On one occasion I received the wrong order and asked for my original order to be deliverered. After speaking with customer service I was told that my order would be on the way. No one never showed up and after calling to request a refund, I received no response. Three days later a refund was deposited in my account, but I never received an explanation or apology.
My only experience was awful...took over an hour and a half. Delivery person blamed that on a power outage at the restaurant I ordered from. Food was ice cold and congealed...takes less than 10 minutes to get to that restaurant from my house, so there's no way that the delay was based on the restaurant. Otherwise, if he had waited there, the food would have still been hot.
On time. Great service. Each driver I've had has been reliable and always throw them a couple extra bucks their way. Don't always get delivery but when I do its them.
I first called the restaurant to ensure that they still had the item and how much I would have to order before I called Mr Delivery. I then called and she continued to argue with me about the item. I tried to explain to her that it is on the menu and I had ate it last night. She continued to argue with me then about reaching the minimum order. I have ordered two times in the last two days and now after this. Well I know that I will not be ordering from them tonight.
No stars!!!!! They took our order and sent a confirmation email but never showed up. Later we called to find out if the restaurant actually had our order from Mr. Delivery becusse we waited the 1 hour they quoted. They had no records of our order. Do not use this place. It's a scam. We looked in our email and they had sent an email 30 minutes after our order confirmation with a bunch of typos. I am reporting them to better business bureau. Thanks for nothing.
