Excellent service! Restaurant had a little push while we were there, we were going to leave because the quote on our wait was 20-25 mins, but the Manager Becky Reiner was having no parts of it. She also stepped up as our Waitress and made the dining experience amazing. We will definitely be back even if the manager won't be our server.
We waited over a hour for our food which they couldn't explain why it was taking so long. "Computer problem, order didn't make it to the kitchen" etc. When we finally got it at about 1 1/2 hours it wasn't even what we ordered. Had to leave hungry. Not a good place to go!!!!

The cuts of meat portrayed were not the cuts of meat we got, my finances ordered a ribeye and got a blade steak. They are selling lessor cuts of meat for the price of preferred cuts. It was over priced and cooked wrong for the cut of meat that it was. I don't blame the waitresses, I don't believe they know the difference. Poor training on the managers part.
I usually would rate this place a 4 or 5 but man they dropped the ball tonight. Drinks were awful. I had to send it back. Didn't get our salads and then got charged for extra stuff we didn't order. Our waitress was too busy to serve us let alone listen to our order to get it right. Definitely will not go around peak time. Next time we will go for lunch or after the dinner rush.
