This place is a real piece of work first they asked us to pull forward even ttjough no one else was in the drive through we figured out when we pulled around there was no spot for people waiting for their orders then when the food came out we commented to the worker and a person that appeared to be a manager or lead that they should designate a spot for people waiting only to have them say we just make food... this place sucks
Employees need to call in drunk people. During the state fair I came through the drive though and they were telling me to be careful of the black truck who was in front of me... hammered. I ask did you call it in? No. I said next time.e tell them to pull forward and wait a few minutes... while the police come get them off the streets..so people can make it home safely.
Bad experience at Dirksen Pkwy location in Springfield, IL today. Went through drive thru and they lost part of the order. Went inside for them to mess it up again. Got home and order still wrong including 3 HAIRS IN OUR TACOS. Gross! Called to let the male Manager know who laughed at me on the phone. This is not funny, in fact, its disgusting and we will not be back. Department of Public Health needs to visit.
We had too return the burrito as it was not warm. If they would not of had to warm my pizza to melt the cheese mine would have been cold too.
