My business, All Pro Floor Care, Inc., recently moved to a new building. After moving in, we discovered that the garbage disposal in the kitchenette did not work. In fact, it did not even have an on/off switch! This caused water to back up when we used our sink. We called Ridings Plumbing and they came out that same day to access our situation. Their recommendation was to replace the garbage disposal, which we decided to do. Lou called our office early the next business day to advised that he was on his way to our office to replace the garbage disposal. When he arrived, my Office Manager was not sure what needed to be done, so Lou called his office to verify the work order. He determined that he would need to install an on/off switch along with the new garbage disposal; and he not only left to get us a switch, he matched it to the fixtures on the sink! Lou returned quickly, and installed our new garbage disposal and the switch. The work was completed promptly and accurately. When he was done, Lou showed us what he had done, and explained how to trouble shoot common garbage disposal issues. He also cleaned up after himself so that the kitchen was a clean when he left as it was when he arrived. Throughout the process, Lou was pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with our new equipment, and even more pleased with the service we received from Lou and Ridings Plumbing.
Had a bathroom tub faucet that wouldn't shut off. Ridings fit us into their busy schedule and got the problem take care of quickly and efficiently. Randy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He saw and addressed a few other plumbing issues in our home and the bill was still under what we had expected to pay. Great company and would absolutely recommend.
I have some property in Spfld Il that is tenant occupied. Sometime I have plumbing issues. After getting ripped off by Mike Williams the fraudster who puts you on a surprise service plan and bills your CC like a snake in the grass on top of that charging fees 3-4 months after the service call. Sneaky Snakster. Long story short, contacted Ridings and had work performed for reasonable price and haven't had to call them back to the property like I would with shoddyy Mike Williams work. If you are an out of towner with property not wanting to get taken advantage of, I recommend Ridings!
The reason you see their trucks around town more often than anyone elses is because their customer service and ability to solve your problems is beyond great. Great business and fantastic customer service.
