The only reason for the second star is because the serviceman was a nice guy.
Tom put a new heater and air conditioner in my home to replace my set from the 1970's. I wish I would have kept the old ones. It is supposed to be an upgrade but runs constantly, never kicks off, and the house is hot and humid. Tom warrantees his work but good luck with him keeping an appointment. He is too busy to fix faulty work and says he will show but stands you up and wastes your time. If he does follow through and fix this mess, I will change this bad review. Until then, I will say I would have paid double to get a system that works. I am afraid to even see my utility bill though I wAs to I would save 50%. How does that happen when it never turns off? Nononono
Tom's came out and fixed my leaking drain stack they were fast and price was great. I've used them twice and highly recommend to anyone.

My AC was not working, not knowing if i needed a new one or if mine could be fixed I called them to take a look. They show up serveral days later and with in 5 minutes of pulling into my drive the service tells me he can't fix my unit. 5 minutes later he come to me with a bid to install a whole new system for the not so low price of $3100. After talking for about 5 minutes he leaves and I get a bill for $82..... $82 for 15 to 20 minutes! Wow! That is one hell of a scam job! A week later I had a new AC unit installed not by these crooks for $1375.00
Was sent to Tom's Plumbing through my Home Warranty. They immediately called to set up an appointment, were on time for the appointment, and were very courteous. He wasn't going to charge because the issue wasn't fixable on his end.
