I called a1 lock on a Friday night at 9:30pm after I had accidentally locked my keys in my running truck in my driveway. I called and was directed to their after hours service. The technician said he would be there in 2-3 hours. I called an hour and a half later to confirm to which he responded it would another couple hours. I called back at 1:30 in the morning, now to a different after hours receptionist who said she would relay the message and give me a estimated time of arrival. I never received a phone call back, and the technician never arrived. I was able to drive over 2 hours away to retrieve a spare set of keys at my other residence and get into the truck 12 hours and 3/4th a tank of gas later. I will never use a1 lock again, and regret having a simple mistake ruin my weekend when this company did not come through. Fail, thanks a1.
