I am very happy with the job they did. I have a large Great Pyrenees who doesn't like to be touched in certain areas such as the feet. When I dropped him off, I emphasized that I didn't expect them to be able to trim the fur on his feet or clip his nails. They could have easily just left those alone, but instead, when I picked him up his paws were nicely trimmed and his nails were clipped. They also removed some of the matting I was unable to get to during my normal brushing and made him look very nice overall. Finally, the price was very reasonable for a big dog and was actually below what they originally quoted me. We will definitely be going back.

This is the best place to take your animal for care in cleaning. They do it all and my dogs love to come. They are anxious to get in and get their treatments they need. The staff is very kind and pleasant and most willing to serve. I have been to several grooming salons in Springfield, and this one has got them all beat.
