The food was great. Dinningroom and bathroo,s were very clean. Staff was very friendly. They even put ketchup and napkins in the togo bag. They did make one mistake gave us sweet tea instead of non-sweet tea. The other problem is they have alot of workers standing around chating. They had 9 in the back and 3 in the front. Labor cost must be super high. This could cause a problem for keeping the store open. As a manager myself this is not good and i would like to be alerted.
I prefer Freddy's to Steak 'N' Shake these days for a good burger & fries. The patty melt is prepared just right and has excellent flavor. Shoestring potatoes are great with the fry sauce. Service could improve its attentiveness at this location.
First time at Freddy's. Milk shake was more like trying to drink custard through a straw. Kids didn't care for seasoning on the fries but ate them with Ketchup. We all had cheeseburgers which were great! Went through drive thru and had fast, accurate service with hot fries! Wish they had Coke products but that's not a deal breaker:)
Good burgers. I personally don't like skinny fries, so not much to say about that. Pretty reminiscent of Steak and Shake... Or maybe a Schoop's, if you're familiar with the place.
The food is good and the staff are generally friendly. The four times I've been there the store was clean or was in the process of being cleaned, so no complaints there either. However, Steak-n-Shake's prices are better are the food is very similar to Freddy's
