Menu variety is great, but the service and preparation is consistently poor. We've been in a few times, and our food is always served cold and the servers are noticeably inexperienced. Their saving grace is their selection of beer, wine and cocktails.

Went to weekend brunch. We tried the brunch buffet and Tacos on Ala carte menu. Tacos were disappointing. No sour cream or guacamole. I am Save-the-food kind of person but didn't take the leftover tacos as TO-GO cause I knew I wouldn't eat them. Brunch buffet was much better. With fresh Salmon and shrimps and enough desserts for your sweet tooth. Also you can get made-to-order menu inclusive in buffet.

Food is just ok but the service is awful. They take forever to come to the table, take forever to bring drinks and take your order, maybe come back once to check on you or maybe refill the drink, and then take forever with the check. Have been multiple times and apparently the poor service is just part of eating there.

Great made to order food with meats from their natural food section and a half order of gluten free turkey Benedict was great for me. The steak we took last night was done perfectly to order. The price is steep but worth it if you have a special diet in mind. No other place I know of in Springfield has the options for gluten-free morning biscuits (English muffin) for an eggs Benedict, or other gluten free options, especially at no additional charge. The vegetarian options are decent too, the Portobello veg sandwich is great.
