My waitress was pleasant, on task, and my food was good, but I doubt I return. A few of the staff members were loud and obnoxious! Hollering over/past seated customers regarding who was doing what etc. And one waitress wondering around trying to be funny to entertain guests... I assume. Loud! Plus... children playing games on phones seated nearby with the volume very loud. Even heard the grandmother mention it to the parents but they did nothing. I work with special ed children so children don't annoy me.
Good service. Good food. Seasonal yummies to start the day off right
There's a Bob Evan's down the road with a professional staff, pleasant atmosphere, and lower prices.
I just so happened to go in on a night where the cook was in training and so was the waitress. The first issue was the order was messed up so worth that being said the waitress had an attitude. The manager came back out after bringing most of the food and went to tell me what she had on her paper. When I didn't get what I ordered. The manager and the waitress both were busy I understand that but how can you expect someone to pay for something not worth while. I was so irritated I didn't finish my food. I had to place a to go order I tried to get the attention of the waitress or the manager it was a 10 minute wait with only one other take in my section. The to go order the manager dropped the waffle in some sort of hole on the counter then proceeded to pick it up and put it back with my food. When he realized he asked if I saw him and then went to order me another waffle. Not going back will call the health department Monday. I'll spend 50 bucks elsewhere.
This was the best IHOP I have ever been to. Our waitress Shannon was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be back when we are on the area.
I had a wonderful experience at IHOP on November 18th 2017. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was fabulous. my waitress was very nice and did her job exceptionally well .So five stars to the waitress. And five stars to the restaurant.
