We've been faithful Mario's customers for years. We love this place! Great selection, excellent food AND excellent pizza (other places offer good food and bad pizza, or good pizza and bad food), great service, yummy & convenient lunch buffet.
My family and I used to eat here often until each visit became worse than before. The quality of the food has declined a lot. I had Grilled chicken here and it tasted awful. Plus they forgot half of my order, and the rest of my family's. Not going there again. This isn't the only time they've done this to our order. First inside the resturaunt, then twice for takeout. Don't do takeout is my suggestion. The buffets on the weekends are good but get picked over really fast.
Our waitress was rude, appetizer came out with our food and was cold, none of our food was even slightly warm. When we told the waitress she didn't care at all and did not try to fix it. When leaving we explained to the manager and she took $15 off our bill. Will NEVER eat at Mario's again.
Excellent Italian food. Warm atmosphere, good service. Inexpensive, too.
