Food is great, fries are amaaazing. I always check my order before I leave because they tend to get something wrong. Also I check my burger to make sure correct toppings are there. Prepare for a wait, sometimes the line is super long and 98% of the time they only have the right lane running. No sign on the left though... So you just pull up and they say "sorry go to the other side"
I enjoy Rally's BUT if you don't get it hot & fresh (which seems very rare, nowadays) it is not tasty at all.
Needless to say, I wont be back any time too soon!
They need to start wearing something on their heads. Weave everywhere! Went today & the cashier was playing in her co worker hair. May have been a manager all black long braids. Another day I went and someone had a stack of fish patties laying on their shirt. When I asked abt it I was told the girl jst came frm the freezer to get thm.. my question was, why was the patties all over her shirt?
When the one employee with gloves on is pushing a mop around and the 3 employees that are serving food have no gloves on, drive. Drive away and never return. Rallys in Springfield has 0 clue on how to handle your food. That's how people get sick
I was there yesterday right at noon so everything should have been fresh but nothing was. Plus I was charged $6.31 for a Rally burger w/ cheese combo when it was posted on sign as a 4 for $3 meal!
While the food is good, the establishment is disgusting, and don't get me started on the terrible attitudes that 99% of the employees have. They also turn their lights off early all of the time. So I wouldn't recommend going any time after 1am. You tend to have a long wait for your food at any point in the day, and can watch half the employees just standing around Inside. So unless you have a very high level of patience, I would go somewhere else.
