I made a first time visit to this store to buy a suit for our son's wedding. I hadn't purchased a suit, or even a sport coat (business casual these days) in some time and I was dreading the experience. I was treated like I had been a 20-year customer. The salesman, Chad, could not have been more helpful. Purchased a Jos. A Bank suit and a French cuff shirt, had the pants hemmed, and that was it. I would definitely go to this J.A. Bank store for future clothing needs and I highly recommend the store. Of course, I can't speak for all the salesmen there, but Chad was great to work with.
