Staff is nice, but their service is terrible. They have everything serviced by a 3rd party man named Bill? which is always backed up. He had my boots for 20 days until I took them back and had them done in 3 days in Effingham's Morrow Redwing.
High prices but great American made quality. And they stand by their products, offering lifetime service for free
