Charged me 95 to secure a bolt on exhaust that had came loose. Took literally two minutes for them to replace and charged me a full hour of labor. Thankfully this is not my local harley dealership and we were passing through. Most dealers are very friendly and willing to work with there fellow riders but an hour for two minutes of work come on really. What a great way to get a bad name out there for dealership. Harley riders are a close group of brothers and sisters and if this is how you treat them word will get around eventually.
They took good care of my needs and were very courteous.
