The young lady was very pleasant and seemed very attentive. After getting my wife her waffle cup, she rang something into the register, changed the bag in the trash can, pulled up her pants, touched her face a couple of times, then began making my shake without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I let her know I had changed my mind. We paid for the cup and left.
Ice cream was good. Service was friendly. I loved that the employee signed to a customer in front of me. I'm guessing she was a regular.
Love Cold Stone and this is no different than other Stores, staff was very nice and friendly as they normally are... We enjoyed it very much, thank you for the great service and DON'T mistreat homeless people, don't forget everyone is always battling something... TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED & ALWAYS BE KIND... Kindness is always in season.
