I brought in a bike that most shops would consider past hope. The guys at Ace took on the challenge and got it up and running within a day! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning for all of my bicycle needs.
Bike not ready even after 3 rd trip to store
Fantastic experience here. I came in knowing virtually nothing about bikes nor what I even really wanted, but the staff were very patient and happy to answer my many questions. He encouraged me to take a test drive and to take my time doing so. There is a big unused parking lot by the store that is just perfect for riding the bikes. They also give you a free tuneup and a t shirt when you buy a bike from them. Win!

Poor customer service . Never fully staffed .
I took a bike there along with a deraileure gear set to be replaced. The rear tire was not recentered. When I centered the rear wheel it threw off the shifting. The front brake was supposed to be deglazed. Not. They even left a plug off of the right brake grip cover. No more.
