GET YOUR BIKE TUNNED UP. My commute time dropped 3m 41s over 11.8 miles. We have good local bicycle shops, but R&M Cyclery is the best for me. They appreciate and respect all their customer it took 4 visits for me to make up my mind and purchase a bicycle from them they never rushed me or ignored me. It is in our best interest to patronize great local bussinesses like R&M Cyclery!

I recently bought my son two bikes from here with in the past two months. He was racing the strider class at our local BMX track and was wanting to graduate to a pedal bike. I spoke with Adam at the shop and he hooked us up with a very nice starter bike. I figured it was going to take him a while to get up on two wheels... boy was I wrong! The team at R&M did such a great job at dialing in his bike that he just took off immediately. Fast forward a few weeks and it was now time to get a full on race bike (something I figured could wait till Christmas, I was wrong). The R&M team came through again. They had his new bike ready in no time and dialed in so well that he placed first in all three of his motos. I can't give enough credit to the team at R&M. Our family will be purchasing all of our future bikes from them!
I purchased my mountain bike and my wife's road bike here. Excellent service and the staff is always very friendly. When my wife bought her bike they made sure it fit her perfectly before she left the store. When they service my bike they are upfront with prices and never pushy about components; they lay out the basic facts and let you make your own decisions. I'm going here for as long as I live in Springfield, they're simply the best.
