Had two bad experiences here already. Will never go back! The most incompetent battery store I've ever been to
Cannot believe how inept and ruse this store's staff is on phone inquiries!!! Am currently on hold going on 31 minutes.? Called 4 times before with 3 hang ups and one guy who said he could NOT look a battery for a specific camera, would have to come in so he could see my camera!!! WTH... I think he was just faking the rest when I gave him the nikon 1 J4 model as he would only tell me no would have to order... so why this call? I called a camera store and found the correct number they did not have so w correct in hand called so since trying to drive a long distance and not wanting to sit for another half hour... had friend call... he too got an assssociate and was greeted the hung up before getting to ask a question. TRAIN or get better help... 2 different guys...
Duane was super helpful and he very quickly got my iPhone up and working.
My 3 day old Iphone's glas was shattered and I it was very easy to deal with Batteries Plus. It's been a month and so far my phone has been working perfect and they did a great job. I can highly recommend them for Iphone glass repair!
