After going back and forth between Sprint and Simply Mac, and spending hours on the phone with both companies, it was FINALLY determined my phone was defective. My issue could have been rectified within a 30 minute visit. Instead, I wasted about 7 hours of my life, drove back and forth between Sprint and Simply mac 6 times, and put about a hundred miles on my car.
I brought my phone in to a representative at the Atlanta Street sprint store who looked at it for about 30 seconds total before telling me it was an Apple issue and he could not help. I asked if he had simply tried a network reset, and he admitted that was all he had done. He said that was all he could try, and that it was an issue with the phone. He suggested I drive 2 hours to the local Apple store for an immediate exchange (how convenient!) or go to Simply Mac, an apple premier partner to have them assess the issue.
every time i come into the store they are very polite, help me with whatever i need done. i always leave satisfied! no matter the issue!
Staff was supportive and knowledgeable! I walked in thinking the worst, and left the store feeling great! Micheal Thomas, Micheal Watts, and Bryan Johnson are absolutely incredible!!!! They made sure I knew the product before I made a decision, and they were very efficient! All around best experience with a phone store I have ever had! Great job, and thank you!
I am paying good money for my phone service, I am paying for my iphone 7, and above all I am paying for insurance on my phone. When I brought the phone to this store the first time, they should have done the work to determine that my phone was defective and order my replacement in store. Instead, they did their best to push the issue onto Apple so they didn't have to deal with me. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life, and it could have been avoided by one person at this store taking the time to actually try and help me.
