Our shopping experience was perfect. Our customer service representative was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was friendly and courteous.

As the first person of contact, the greeter, James, was great. He listened AND understood my issue. He called a man from management to assist, who was rude, did not listen and I was TOLD to go to customer service and they would give me a phone number for me to call and get my issue resolved. James was professional. He handled the situation well and directed me in a friendly empathic voice where I needed to go and what I should do. Because of his kindness and helpfulness I thanked him with a smile.
I then continued to look around and had questions regarding wireless surround sound and Chandler was PATIENT and made sure I understood the answers. He was amazing.
My next encounter with Hannah was wonderful. She knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. My issue was resolved. I DID NOT need to make that phone call as the manager had said. She made eye contact, SMILED, and answered all my questions without ATTITUDE. She LISTENED and was eager to help like James.
It is what you'd expect from a Best Buy. Staff are generally helpful. Seems that sometimes they have enough staff, but other times staff are hard to find.
The bottom line is because of the way James handled the situation with kindness and understanding, UNLIKE the manager, I did NOT walk out of the store an unhappy customer.
Sarah, Charlie, Murray and the rest of the crew in the smart phone area are tops! I had an absolutely wonderful experience. They spare no effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
They where fast and helpful assisting me. My geek squad warranty was honored with a less value but not a total loss. Management James was very helpful and when he made a mistake he found us and corrected right away. Female cashier was great also
